Gry is an experienced strategic consultant, renowned for her vibrant approach to clients and projects. Over the past fifteen years, she has designed and facilitated transformative processes for both private and public organisations.

Gry is also a skilled leadership coach, excelling in helping leaders unlock and amplify their courage, clarity and impact to realise their potential. This can be achieved through a classic approach, regenerative leadership principles or wisdom traditions, which she offers at her countryside estate in South Funen.

Gry’s affirming approach comes naturally, and she always sees, validates and creates space for the potential that wishes to grow—doing so in both a gentle and powerful manner. She possesses a unique ability to create trusted learning spaces that become transformative, fostering strong leadership the world needs.

  • Gry holds a bachelor’s degree in rhetoric and Spanish from the University of Copenhagen and the University of Havana. She has several years of experience as a folk high school teacher and stepped into the role of international team leader at Kaospiloterne, an innovative business school, in 2006, where she worked with sustainable thinking and the triple bottom line. She later became the principal of Kaospiloterne in Malmö, continuing to strengthen her expertise in leadership and development.

    Subsequently, Gry transitioned to Rambøll Management Consulting, where over the years, she held roles as senior consultant, manager and business manager. Since 2018, she has been involved in founding several consultancy firms focusing on systemic, appreciative practice and sustainable development.

    In 2025, she founded Transforming as the CEO and sole partner.
